Negotiations as an Important Form of Business Communication
Abstract: The article considers the features of negotiating as one of the important forms of business communication. Attention is focused on the use of verbal speech formulas in the process of business negotiations, as well as on the specifics of the interethnic partnership, taking into account the mental and cultural characteristics of the parties.
