Lexico-Semantic Interpretation of the Russian Phraseological Units with Components-Anthroponomy

Abstract: The article continues a series of publications by the authors of phraseology, in particular made of lexical-semantic interpretation of the Russian phraseological units with components, anthroponomy. We distinguish four groups of lexical phraseological units with component-anthroponomy: own real names of the people; the names of the characters of literary works; the names of Orthodox saints; personal names, common in Russia. It has been determined the estimated characteristics, reflected in the semantics of phraseology last lexical groups: «positive characteristics» (wealth, prosperity, industriousness, prudence, wit, love for the country); «negative characteristics» (stupidity, mediocrity, laziness, cruelty, ruthlessness, bad luck, poverty) that perform proactive, preventive function. The analysis deepens the linguistic, ethnographic, cultural and other areas of phraseology research.
