Abstract: The problems of reliability of buildings and structures and the ways of its forming in all stages of buildings and structures operation are considered in the article. The estimation of engineering of buildings and structures is to show the quality and quantity data that describe the properties of materials and projects state studying of processes in the structures, grounds and equipment and also revealing the factual operating ability of materials, structures elements and determination of their meeting technical requirements. Providing of the required level of buildings and structures reliability in the process of their operation is carried out with technical and organizational methods.
