Abstract: The analysis of scientific works of leading scientists and specialists in the field of methods for assessing, substantiating and selecting rational organizational and technological solutions for the construction of civilian objects has been carried out. The organizational and technological factors affecting the cost and duration of the construction of residential and civil buildings have been revealed. The area of further research has been determined.
