Urban Utilization of Contact – Spacious Zones of Industrial Cities

Abstract: As part of the study of this topic, the problems and practical solutions of town – planning use of contact – butt zones of industrial cities are considered. The basic concepts, such as contact – butt zone, zoning (zoning of territories), and city were considered. The problem of town-planning use of contact-zone zones exists only in large and largest cities, as they were formed around an industrial facility, thus industrial facilities are located in the center of the city, which at this time causes a number of environmental and architectural and aesthetic issues.
