To the Question of Formation of Land Rent in the Zone of Influence of Anthropogenic Dangerous Objects
Abstract: The article presents a review of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, Ukraine in the establishment of the land tax for the plots in the zones of influence of anthropogenic dangerous objects. A comparative analysis of the main regulations in taxation has been carried out. It has being discussed the problems of regulation of formation of payment for land plots, which have restrictions in economic activities.
