Scientific and Methodological Directions of Development of Dynamic Architecture of Buildings in Complex Reconstruction

Abstract: The levels that shape the dynamic architecture are determined: urban-planning, architectural-typological, volumetric, structural and technological influences on the decision of issues related to research and design approaches, in which the process of transformation of the urban architectural environment can be significantly and methodologically objectively improved. The main directions of the development of dynamic architecture of buildings, which allow the process of reconstruction of buildings to be considered, are formulated as a fundamental scientific platform that allows to solve the priority tasks of a morally and physically outdated architectural fund, which needs qualitative changes and increases the architectural and aesthetic and operational properties of urban development facilities.
