Abstract: Under normal conditions of hardening and steaming content influence of the ash and slag of thermal power plants on the strength of a rock binder is almost the same, with the introduction of 20…40 % additives binding activity is retained, and subsequent increase of their content there is a gradual, almost directly proportional, the decrease in activity. When autoclaving waste TPP exhibit significantly greater activity in relation to the slag binder, without reducing the strength of the fly-ash can be brought to 40…60 %, and slag to about 50…80 %, the content of additives can be increased by increasing the duration of hardening and density of the solution of the alkaline component.

Keywords: slag-alkaline binders, sodium hydroxide, fly ash and TPP slag, activity, hardening conditions.
