Abstract: It has been carried out the analysis of condition of the air environment in the kitchens during the operation of gas cookers, working on natural gas, the product of combustion of which contain carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides, necessary ventilation rate and the volume of ventilated air using cookers with commercially available burners and burners with additional air supply ducts at an angle of 20 degrees are calculated.
