Foam Concrete Mixtures of Low Water Content with the Use of Water-Reducing Additives

Abstract: This article discusses the flow characteristics of foam concrete mixtures based on Etalon protein frother using water-reducing additives of various chemical actions: «Chemix Art-2», «Fort UP-2» and «Sika Mix Plus». A comparison of the fluidity of foam concrete mixtures with equal values of water-cement ratio is presented. The dependences of the density and strength of foam concrete using water-reducing additives of various chemical nature on water-cement ratio are determined.
