Modeling the Formation of the Prognostic Competence of the Civil Engineer with Intelligent Systems
Abstract: The main components that are part of the prognostic competence are considered. The possibility of using intelligent systems to model the predictive competence of a civil engineer is considered. A model of the development of prognostic competence of a civil engineer using the Matlab R2014a software package with the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox module has been developed.
