Conceptual Proposals in the Field of Architectural Modernization Objects of Quarterly Residential Development

Abstract: The scientific article is devoted to the issues of architectural modernization of quarterly residential buildings. The groups of requirements that are applied to residential facilities in the context of the modernization process are defined. The priority principles of architectural modernization of residential buildings are formulated and the techniques for their implementation at the scientific and practical levels are substantiated. It justifies the choice of criteria that allow the modernization of residential buildings to be considered as one of the priority options for solving the problems of obsolete housing stock.
