Abstract: The study identified three priority levels of the architectural organization of the architectural organization of energy-efficient residential buildings of the new generation. The study formulated town-planning, architectural-planning, compositional-artistic, constructive technical and engineering-technological principles and techniques of the architectural organization of energy-efficient residential buildings of the new generation.
