Urban Planning Rationale for the Organization of Local Trade and Community Centers

Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues of town planning substantiation of the organization of local trade and public centers. Particular attention is paid to the problems of placing these objects in the structure of the quarterly development of the city of Donetsk. This article discusses the list of classification of these objects, a set of documentation that establishes and justifies the urban planning, environmental and architectural and construction requirements for design, construction and reconstruction.
