The Established Typology of Buildings of Research Institutions Subject to Reconstruction
Abstract: In the provided article, the authors considered the main typological and functional structure of buildings and complexes of research and innovation. The most optimal principles, as well as the positions of the main directions and types of innovation activity, which form modern research institutions of multi-branch activity, have been characterized and defined. Buildings of such purpose are one of the most demanded types of working spaces that provide optimal conditions for the creation and implementation of various types of innovations based on the results of scientific research and generating significant changes in social practice.
