The Relevance of the Formation of a Network of Sports Facilities in the Structure of the Industrial City (on the Example of Khartsyzsk)
Abstract: This article provides a detailed analysis of the main prerequisites that have an impact on the formation of a network of sports and recreation facilities in the structure of an industrial city. In the process of writing the article, the main factors of the formation of the existing network of sports and recreation facilities of an industrial city were also identified. To analyze the main prerequisites and identify the factors shaping the sports and recreation environment in an industrial city, the following are considered: the industry specificity of Khartsyzk, its established planning structure and industrial potential of its enterprises, as well as socio-demographic trends in the context of changes in the population cities. The publication also focuses on the consideration of the existing legal and regulatory framework for the design of sports facilities, as well as on the analysis of this base from the point of view of meeting modern requirements. In conclusion, a conclusion is made on the expediency of forming a network of sports and recreation facilities in the structure of an industrial city.
