Abstract: This article presents the concept of the architectural formation of residential buildings of the average number of social housing stock in the Donetsk region. The aspects of their architectural and planning organization are considered, including the town-planning placement, the master plan solution, the landscaping of the plots, the functional-planning, the constructive-technical organization, the space-spatial and the compositional-artistic solutions.
