Improvement of Architectural and Urban Building Typology of Buildings and Constructions to be Reconstructed

Abstract: The scientific work is devoted to the study and solution of problems of improvement and development of the architectural and town-planning typology of buildings and structures to be reconstructed. Conceptual approaches to the formation of a new typology of objects of urban development are formulated. Prospects for scientific and experimental research in the field of reconstruction of buildings and structures, urban areas taking into account the priority tasks of strategic planning of design and research technologies in the field of architecture and urban planning have been determined. The practical significance of the implementation of reconstructive measures at the level of solving the most important national economic problems in the field of reconstruction of urban buildings in the cities of Donbass is substantiated.
