Abstract: Digital technologies are being introduced in almost all spheres of our life, gaining momentum at a tremendous pace. However, the use of information technology in the construction industry is not as effective due to the many existing barriers. The obstacle, in the first place, is that the re-qualification of workers, the study of new technologies is expensive, which not all companies can afford. This article analyzes the current state of digitalization in construction management and discusses some of the barriers that hinder the full implementation of the technology.
