Construction Design Review of Industrial Buildings and Their Evaluation by Permissible Basic Indices
Abstract: Deals with issues related to the analysis of the quality of construction products at three stages of its production. The main stage in the resolving of this issue is design, its progressiveness highly influences on the main factors effectiveness. In any project, the basis of the technical and economic efficiency of the designed object is laid. The article discusses the drawbacks to which attention should be paid when developing projects for industrial buildings and structures. Taking into consideration these drawbacks makes it possible to significantly reduce the estimated cost of construction. At the same time, it is necessary to significantly raise the requirements for expert appraisal of design solutions. In general, if all of these requirements are met, the construction cost can be reduced on 5.2 %. At the same time, the economic evaluation of the project options should be made taking into account their comparison, on the basis of the unified methodology.
