Serviceability Estimate of Gypsum Wallboard Paper Ceilings of KNAUF Company Given by Characteristic Erection Process Disturbances
Abstract: The paper has given the results of the static analysis of the stressed and strained state of the suspended gypsum wallboard ceilings depending on the structural concept of the steel framework, various rigidity features of the composing elements and operational deflections of reinforced concrete floor. Numerical simulation of the VAT was carried out for a suspended two-level plasterboard ceiling made according to the D 112 Knauf system. The frame is made of basic and supporting profiles CD 60/27, which are located at different levels and mutually perpendicular. The profiles are connected by a two-level connector (type P coupling). The step of the bearing profiles is recommended to take 500 mm and 400 mm, respectively, with the transverse and longitudinal arrangement of drywall boards (GKP). The use of 9.5 mm thick HCP for filing instead of a regulated plate of 12.5 mm is unacceptable, since it requires a repeated change in the step of the bearing profiles, at the same time reduces the strength, crack resistance of the joint and significantly increases the stress concentration in the drywall lining, which leads to disruption in the normal operation of suspended gypsum plasterboards ceilings and resource exhaustion longevity.
Keywords: drywall sheets, structural solutions of suspended ceilings, stress-strain state.
