Abstract: Scientifically substantiated technological solutions are formulated for producing resource-efficient and technologically advanced asphalt-polymer-slag-concrete mixtures and high-durability asphalt-polymer-slag-concrete, which consist in establishing the general laws of formation of the structure of asphalt-polymer-slag-concrete when the Butonal NS 198 latex is modified with oil road bitumen and mineral sand (gravel) is used as mineral materials screening crushing dump open-hearth slag activated hydrated lime in order to obtain a durable composite material. Theoretically, the optimal ratio of components in the investigated asphalt slag concrete is substantiated, in which the optimal structure of cold asphalt slag concrete is formed, which is represented by a rational ratio of interpenetrating coagulation and condensation-crystallization microstructures.

Keywords: asphalt-polymer-slag concrete, structure, properties, patterns of structure formation.
