Principles of Social Microclimate in Areas of Inactive Industrial Comlexes

Abstract: Today, the creation of new cultural spaces on the site of abandoned industrial enterprises through renovation is gaining popularity. In this regard, this article is devoted to a more detailed consideration of the problem of the negative impact of inactive industrial territories on the social and architectural environment, which is located in close proximity to it. The following levels of microclimate are considered and analyzed: social, economic, cultural and architectural. The article describes the main areas of impact of abandoned industrial buildings on the surrounding area. Approaches to solving the problem through renovation for a different function are identified and proposed, as well as a visual schematic representation of the complex social microclimate in the zones of gravity of inactive industrial complexes and measures to improve it.
