Scientific and Experimental Foundations of Architectural and Urban Planning Survey of Public Buildings and Structures to be Reconstructed

Abstract: This scientific work highlights complex issues related to the scientific and experimental foundations of architectural and urban planning survey of public facilities to be reconstructed. The coverage of this topic indicates that public buildings and structures implemented during the standardization period, at the time of the rapid development of urban development, require complex architectural and urban reconstruction. The methodology of architectural and urban planning survey is proposed and justified, and approaches that reflect the scientific foundations in the field of reconstruction of public buildings are formulated, and their experimental significance in the structure of modern buildings is justified. The algorithm of architectural and urban planning survey proposed by the author, based on the principles of sustainable development of the urban planning system and improvement of the architectural typology of public facilities, is aimed at further design developments with the aim of enhancing social and operational characteristics, as well as increasing the architectural attractiveness of the reconstruction object.
