Urban Planning and Land Management Aspects of Modern Conditions for the Functioning of Cultural and art Institutions in Donetsk

Abstract: The article deals with urban planning, typological, land management, as well as historical, cultural and other factors that determine the features of the formation of land plots of cultural and art institutions. The authors focus on some topical issues of the functioning of objects of this type in modern conditions. The essence of the content of such issues, possible ways and ways of solving them are considered on the example of the Donetsk Opera and ballet theater named after A. B. Solovyanenko. Some analytical data of historical-town-planning and land management nature concerning the formation of the theater’s land plot are given, and the parameters of the object under consideration are considered. The result of the research is the conclusion about the need for a comprehensive system of accounting for influencing conditions and factors in determining and justifying the parameters of land plots of cultural and art institutions.
