Functional and Town-Planning Aspects of Improvement of Coastal Territories of Large Reservoirs of the City (on the Example of Zuhrezal)

Abstract: The detailed analysis of the main aspects influencing architectural and town-planning improvement of coastal territories in the city structure is made in this article. In the process of writing the article the basic factors of formation of existing coastal territories and zones of cultur-mass rest of the population in city structure are also revealed. For the analysis of the basic aspects and revealing of factors of formation of coastal territories in city structure, are considered: planning structure of Zugras, its branch potential, social-demographic structure in a context of changes in structure of the population and the basic categories of the population of the given city. As the author of the publication pays attention to consideration of existing normative and legal base in the field of an accomplishment of coastal territories, and comparison of the given base taking into account modern requirements. In conclusion the conclusion on a condition of an accomplishment of existing coastal territories is given.
