Transforming Partitions as a Means of Lengthening the Moral Life of Buildings
Abstract: The task of the flexible planning consists of simplification of processes of building adaptability (adaptations), maximally here bringing down the expenses of facilities, materials, labour and time on modernization of building and bringing them over to the new requirements. In the article pre-conditions of necessity of equipment of flexible space are studied in building and building of the public setting, and a role and value of the flexible planning of areas of public building are similarly examined in the extension of moral time of their service, variants over of application of the transformed partitions are brought in the different types of architectonically-plan decisions of building, the basic types of constructions of partitions are presented principle of erection, their possible application, and similarly dignities and defects during exploitation. The flexible planning must be especially organically related to the constructions and system of technical.
