Factors Influencing Organizational and Technological Decisions on Reinforcement of Structures

Abstract: The article describes the relevance of the work, the analysis of previously performed research and development in the field of technology and organization of construction production, aimed at the formation and selection of rational structural and technological solutions for the construction of monolithic structures of frame buildings. The sequence of operations for the installation of reinforcing elements is described. For the purpose of systematization and selection, the main factors influencing the change in the main technological parameters for the erection of monolithic structures of frame buildings have been investigated. Solutions aimed at improving the technology of erection of monolithic structures of frame buildings are proposed. The influence of production factors limiting the construction of the structure is estimated. A flowchart of increasing the efficiency of erection of a monolithic floor slab for frame buildings is presented. Comparative indicators of labor intensity and duration of erection of vertical and horizontal structures in frame-monolithic buildings with different reinforcing elements are given.
