Abstract: The municipal heat and power sector is one of the most complex and environmentally impact ful areas of engineering, with significant social and economic effects on housing and communal services. To determine the economic and environmental efficiency of low-power heat generators in delivering heat to consumers, studies were conducted on the implementation of autonomous heating systems in the Cheremushki district of Amvrosievka, DPR. The use of low-power heat generators for autonomous heating systems was examined from the perspective of both consumer and environmental safety. The data from these studies indicate the need for a comprehensive approach (economic, environmental, and technological) when selecting options for heating sources for individual consumers’ heating systems.

Keywords: environmental monitoring, toxic emissions, autonomous heat sources, fuel combustion, gas-tube heat generators, harmful emissions, modular boiler houses.
