The Concept of Forming the Architecture of Buildings and Structures of Business Centers
Abstract: The presented article is devoted to the concept of forming the architecture of buildings and structures of business centers. The development of business connections, as one of the key factors in communication and dialogue between cultures, requires the creation of an appropriate space, building or public structure. Due to the high dynamics of modern business relationships and the low dynamics of change in standard schemes, a significant discrepancy has arisen between them, in other words, the need for a new type of building arises faster than a specific type of building can be developed. At the present stage, the business center is transforming into a new quality – universal, characteristic of all types of business relations and currently being the most relevant and in demand type of public building. The authors examined the systematization of business centers by class, characterized and determined the most optimal principles of architectural design, on which the concept of forming the architecture of buildings and structures of business centers is based.
