Features of Architectural and Urban Planning Organization and Development of Scientific and Technological Complexes in the Cities of Donbass

Abstract: This article analyzes the main directions in which scientific and technological complexes are being formed, and examines approaches to their implementation into the structure of the city. The system principles of the organization of territories of scientific and technological complexes as key elements of the urban environment are formulated, which contributes to the solution of planning, transport, environmental and economic problems at various levels of design. The introduction of innovative technologies in all spheres of life is proof of a high standard of living, as well as an impulse for its further development. Modern materials, innovative devices and devices for various fields of industry and life in general are constantly being created and introduced into production. The importance of creating innovative territorial structures for the development of the urban environment of the region and its individual parts is noted. Buildings of this purpose are currently experiencing growing demand and have a significant impact on social life.
