Principles and Techniques of Architectural Formation of Construction Industrial Complexes Based on Inactive Coal Mines in the Cities of Donbass
Abstract: This article is devoted to identifying the principles and techniques of architectural formation of construction production complexes based on inactive coal mines in the cities of Donbass. The principles and techniques of architectural formation include a number of methods and rules that are used by architects to create harmonious and functional buildings and structures. This article reveals the main identified principles and methods of architectural formation of construction industrial complexes based on inactive coal mines in the cities of Donbass, which may also be suitable for other regions with similar geological conditions. Historic Preservation Principle: This principle emphasizes the importance of preserving the historical and architectural features of the former coal mine site to create a unique identity for the new industrial complex. The following principles have been identified and formulated: the principle of comfort; principle of integration; principle of information content; the principle of artistic expression. All these principles are important for the formation of a harmonious and functional construction production complex based on a coal mine in the city. Their use will create an attractive space for living, working and relaxing, preserving historical heritage and contributing to the development of urban infrastructure.
