Architectural and Typological Features of the Formation of Sports Buildings and Structures

Abstract: The presented scientific article reveals architectural and typological features of the formation of sports facilities, which were formulated on the basis of analysis and subsequent generalization of characteristic techniques and principles of architectureplanning organization, taking into account the required sports and technological parameters of the venues of sporting events and ensuring the accessibility of physical culture and sports facilities for people with limited mobility, as well as spatial organization with the possibility of development of the spatial structure of the sports environment in multilevel, saturated with various functions of structures. The architectural and typological classification of sports buildings and structures on the basis of the analysis of normative literature and world experience of design has been resulted. Characteristic features of formation of architectural and planning structure of modern multifunctional sports buildings and structures are highlighted. The theoretical structural model of architectural and typological organization of sports buildings and structures, which allows to determine their semantic composition at the early stages of design, is resulted.
