Problems of Performing Repair and Restoration Work in Houses – Objects of Cultural Heritage on the Example of an Apartment Building in Makeyevka
Abstract: The article considers the problems of performing repair and restoration work in multi-apartment residential buildings – objects of cultural heritage. During the work, it is necessary to identify the items of safety on which restoration work is being carried out, and to restore the remaining structures and systems as part of the repair work. It has been established that the restoration of some structures entails a complex of related processes that significantly increase the cost and complexity of the work. The preparatory period, which includes the development of the project and its approval, also increases the time of repair and restoration work. An apartment building, an object of cultural significance in Makeyevka, was accepted as an object. The main list of repair and restoration works excluding restoration has been determined. The main technological solutions for restoring the integrity and bearing capacity of structures are considered, and the need for related additional work is shown.
