Abstract: Consumer properties of a road are a set of transport and operational indicators of the road that affect the efficiency and safety of motor transport, reflect the interests of road users and affect the environment. Fast, timely and high-quality elimination of defects that constantly arise on roads, highways is the main goal of services, maintenance and operation of road networks. The presence of defects on road surfaces increases the level of noise and vibration, causes fatigue and emotional stress of the driver, and also contributes to the wear and tear of vehicles. Unsatisfactory transport and operational condition of road surfaces leads to a significant increase in the cost of road transportation. At the same time, the state suffers huge losses. For example, intensive wear of roads reduces the average coefficient of provision of the estimated speed by 15 %. Thus, improving the technology for performing routine repairs of road surfaces in adverse climatic conditions, in particular using emulsion-slag concrete mixtures, is an urgent task.
