Genocide of the Jewish Population of the German Fascist in the Donbas (1941–1944)

Abstract: The article analyses the policy of genocide of the Jewish population of the German fascist invaders during the Great Patriotic War on the territory of Donbas. After 70 years, this region is in the center of the world attention, there is civil war in Donbas, civilians are dying, and again the topic of genocide has become of great current interest. Genocide has been considered as a crime under international law. In the Russian Federation, it has been prosecuted for the crime of genocide as a crime against the world and human security (Art. 357 of the Criminal Code).
