The Ideological Culture and its Influence on the University Students’ Outlook

Abstract: The article considers some problems of the higher school and the students of our region at the present-day stage; a special attention is paid to the ideological culture of the students. The whole article is permeated with the idea that it is the ideological culture is to ensure the development of the integral personality who will be able to consciously treat both the environment and one’s own, to focus on the universal and national values. It is emphasized that the young man lives in society and human qualities can be viewed both through world outlook culture and through the cognition of social functions and criteria for assessing the level of education.
