Problems of Implementing a Systematic Approach to the Organization of Maintenance of Residential Buildings
Abstract: The substantiation of necessity of application of the system approach to the organization of management by a technical condition of buildings and constructions is carried out by creation of more perfect model of technical operation on the basis of transition to progressive forms of service of objects on their actual technical condition. As an element of this approach, options for the application of heat insulation for heat supply networks are considered with the definition of economic indicators of the introduction of the approach.
