Abstract: The most important problem at designing work of various construction objects is solution of optimal method of technical and economic evaluation and feasibility study of fields and forms of application of building structures of various materials. It is necessary to select main criterion and model for adjusted expenditures determination considering different factors effect. The article deals with economic principles of building construction efficiency evaluation and certain components of given inputs and inputs in the process of reaction and operation of engineer constructions have been determined.
