Abstract: The article shows the experience of the system approach to inspection of building structures with the purpose of determining the causes of the collapse of the eastern wing of the building of the educational building n 4 of DonNUET, and also the development of technology for the safe dismantling of damaged structures.Keywords: construction accident, collapse, overload, partition, inspection, dismantling.
