The Program of Reconstruction and Revival of the Donetsk Region
Abstract: This article deals with the extremely complex issue of the functioning of the industrial Donbass, and more specifically, the living conditions of its population, which require accelerated and immediate improvement. The considered issue concerns all life’s human needs, they are interdependent and require a comprehensive, detailed analysis. It is in the program proposed by the authors that there is an attempt to identify, identify the nodal, main tasks, the sequence of their implementation and development participants involved with the reconstruction of the industrial region. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of all the components necessary for the implementation of the program. The emphasis in the article is to identify what was and remains the pride of the Donbas, and must preserve, renew and supplement it; and vice versa, the fact that creates negative conditions for human life, settlements, all living things, nature – eliminate, neutralize. An integral part of the implementation of the program is the need for a comprehensive solution to all issues with the participation of interested parties: professional, scientific organizations; representatives of management structures, and most importantly – discussion of the program at conferences, meetings, councils, that is, agreement with the people of the Donbas. The program outlined in the article is aimed at one goal – creating comfortable living conditions for the population of Donbass.
