Abstract: The features of the calculation of the building on seismic effects on various design standards are considered in the article. A comparative analysis of the results of calculations of the building on the seismic effects of linear-spectral method was completed, according to the following regulatory documents DBN V.1.1-12:2014 «Construction in seismic regions of Ukraine» and SP 14.13330.2014 «Construction in seismic regions».
