Restoring Center Axes During Chimney Construction
Abstract: In the process of constructing tower-type high-rise structures, due to a violation of technology or other reasons, points fixing the center axes are destroyed. There is a need to restore the center axes in tight construction conditions in a very short time. Two methods of restoring the lost center axis at the stage of the zero chimney construction cycle are proposed. In the first method using an electronic total station, it is enough to measure one horizontal angle and two sides. In the second method, three horizontal angles are measured with an optical theodolite. The accuracy of the proposed methods is calculated. Experimental studies of the accuracy of methods using geometric modeling have been carried out. It is established that the developed methods comply with the requirements of regulatory documents.
