Manufacturing and Construction Works in Boiler Houses in Modern Conditions

Abstract: The article discusses the features of the installation of metal structures of the boiler room, fixtures of structural elements. Examples of installation, features of commissioning in boiler rooms in modern conditions are given. The list of operations that must be completed before the commencement of work, that is, preparatory measures, is presented in detail. The description of technological processes in the course of installation and commissioning, as well as the order of their execution is given. It has been presented fasteners and profiles, examples of connection profiles for fastening pipelines. Special attention is paid to workwear when performing work on equipment adjustment. It has been shown the fastening and joining of technological pipelines with the help of a lift. Attention is paid to quality control of work at different stages in accordance with the project of work.
