Analysis of the Experience of Using the Underground Urban Space and Identifying the Most Suitable Solutions for the Donetsk Region (for Example, Transport Infrastructure)

Abstract: This article is devoted to the analysis of experience and the identification of optimal solutions for the Donetsk region in terms of cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness of urban space use. The author provides several solutions for the development of the city, subject to a limited territory. In the current situation, the Donetsk region is geographically limited in all aspects, both economically and politically, so the article presents several solutions to this issue. Based on the results of the studies, an appropriate conclusion is drawn about the need and feasibility of carrying out appropriate measures to adapt the underground urban space. The article proposes to consider the land resource not only for economic purposes, but also to define it as a type of resource used as an environment for living, placing objects or the course of various life processes.
