Concept of Dynamic Organization of Architecture of Buildings and Constructions to be Reconstructed

Abstract: The scientific work is devoted to the development of the concept of the dynamic organization of the architecture of buildings and structures to be reconstructed, based on the approaches proposed earlier by the author of the article for architectural and urban planning reconstruction of urban buildings. Priority theoretical and experimental approaches are formulated that reflect the methodological structure of the dynamic organization of the architecture of buildings and structures to be reconstructed. The conceptual provisions of the architectural dynamics achieved under reconstruction are determined. A methodological formula for using the basic directions of architectural dynamics is proposed. The scientific and practical prospects in the field of dynamic organization of architecture of buildings and structures are summarized.
