Abstract: Scientific research highlights new trends in the typology of the reintegration of living space, with structures and their complexes taking into account disturbed social, physiological, biological, anthropometric, constructive, economic and some other connections that have an individual context. The problem was acutely manifested due to the influence of the external world geopolitical situation, the health situation (-the corona virus pandemic) and the socio-regional needs of groups and segments of the population. On the basis of the studied interdisciplinary scientific directions, conclusions are made as for regional relevance of the theme. Further scientific research in the field of introspective reintegration of residential disturbed architectural and urban planning spaces provides for fundamentally new approaches to the design of residential buildings and the formation of their environment.

Keywords: reintegration, impaired functioning, housing, introspection, city context.
