Relevance of the Land Allotment Project for Operation of the Enterprise «Donbass Hothouses»
Abstract: This article highlights a universal problem of irrational use of the land and addresses the issue of lack of food and land resources for the needs of the population. It reveals the general concepts which are associated with: land, land plot formation and allotment, greenhouses, greenhouse design, greenhouse complex, criteria and norms of allotment, parameters for selection, types of greenhouses and optimal conditions for their operation. Development of this project will bear fruit in the development of the state economy, will create competition in the domestic market, which will entail a change in prices and increase the demand for the proposed product. The sale of products to the market will increase the level of trade and entrepreneurial activity within the state, which will have a positive impact on the lives of the population. The study and implementation of the procedure of land allocation for the functioning of the greenhouse complex was the subject of the author’s research.
