Patterns of the Formation of the Architecture of Spectacular Buildings and Structures in the Context of Reconstruction
Abstract: The presented article provides an overview of theoretical studies and concepts, as well as modern experience in the formation of the architecture of spectacular buildings and structures during reconstruction in various architectural and urban conditions. A comparative method of analysis based on the typological feature of an object of entertainment purpose is used. Based on the analysis of modern world experience and established scientific and theoretical approaches, the main regularities of the reconstruction of spectacular buildings of structures based on complex and local reconstruction measures are given, as well as methods of reconstruction in cramped building conditions, by increasing the main volume of the building or integrating it into an object of a different functional values. The analysis of the identified trends points to the current problems of reconstruction of public buildings for entertainment purposes. The study proposed by the author involves the development of further scientific and project proposals in the field of reconstruction of spectacular buildings and structures.
