Issues of Problems of Classification of Recreational Areas, in Relation to the Existing Regulatory Framework

Abstract: This scientific article is devoted to the current direction of urban planning and architecture – the issues of classification of recreational areas and their components, regarding the current existing regulatory framework and regional features. The article reveals the basic principles and techniques of the regulatory prerequisites in the organization of recreational facilities and the creation of their network. Modern relevant regulatory documents are considered («SP 42.13330.2016. Code of practice. Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements. Updated edition of SNiP 2.07.01-89*», «DBN 360-92** until 2014», «Target designation of lands of Ukraine until 2014», «Law of Ukraine from 19.04.2012 to 2014 No. 10367») and approaches to the design of recreational areas. The problems of the principles and methods of formation of recreation areas are considered, and an experimental methodology for the typology of the network of recreational areas was put forward.
